The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) is a new agency charged with spreading awareness of NSW's new freedom of information laws. Part watchdog, part educator, part advocate, the OIC briefed us to give it a unique, can't-miss face.
Our solution did exactly that – with distinctive, high-visibility energy and colour – while still conveying a persona with the appropriate credibility and integrity.
