Bupa is Australia's largest privately owned healthcare group, with more than 3.3 million members. Their company includes some of the oldest health insurance providers in Australia – HBA, Mutual Community and MBF.
For the 2011 launch of their merger in Australia, we brought together their key state-based health insurance brochures under the one national Bupa brand, and restructured them with the customer front of mind.
We played a key role in one of the largest corporate migrations in Australian history.
